All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after the order is placed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Delivery Time
Once your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location, courier availability, and serviceable pin code.
3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you through email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the contact details provided at checkout.
4. Delivery Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to holidays, high order volume, bad weather, courier delays, remote locations, or other unexpected situations.
Vessora is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners after the order has been dispatched, but we will try our best to support you with tracking updates.
5. Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Customers are requested to provide the correct shipping address, phone number, and email address while placing the order.
Vessora will not be responsible for delayed, failed, or undelivered orders caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
6. Failed Delivery
If the courier is unable to deliver the order due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or failed contact attempts, the order may be returned to us by the courier partner.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.
