At Vessora, we want every customer to receive the correct product in good condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns for general reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selected by the customer, or personal preference.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect the order immediately after delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must include clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and the issue as proof.
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
3. Size Issues
Refunds or returns are not accepted for size-related issues unless the wrong size was sent by Vessora.
Customers are requested to check the size chart carefully before placing an order.
4. Customised Products
Customised products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
5. Return Approval
Once we receive your return request, our team will review the photos/videos and details provided.
If your return request is approved, we will share further instructions on how and where to send the product.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
6. Product Inspection
Refunds or replacements will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in the original packaging.
7. Refunds
If your refund is approved after inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount in your account.
8. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:
- The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery
- The product has been used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer
- Tags or original packaging are missing
- The wrong size was selected by the customer
- The product is customised
- The return was sent without prior approval
9. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the request is approved by our team.
